I have the right to refuse any commission without any explanation

I may decline an order if the subject/s of the commission are something which I may not deliver to my standard of quality. (PLEASE READ DO's & DON'Ts)

You will recieve full resultion digital files of the commission. NO Physical item will be shipped to you.

Please DO NOT publish progress updates to any server to receive feedback without informing me.

I will not issue any invoice to a different person other than the client unless discussed and agreed upon.

Payments will all be through Paypal.

The commission will only be deemed official and started after the initial upfront payment has been made or payment scheme is decided upon.

I, reserve the right to cancel and refund the commission at any time if necessary.

Do NOT issue chargebacks. You may request a refund & cancel the commission only if I take more than 1 month without progress.

In the situation of a FULL REFUND/CANCELLATION or Chargeback, you will forfeit your ownership and rights to the commissioned artwork/s at any stage of the progress.

Partial Refunds will be considered if the commission has been started , and you are allowed to keep the files sent.

If the Invoice was sent and is has not been paid for over a week due, I will cancel the commission unless an agreement has been made with regards to the delay.

Any additional charges (rush fees, further edits, added part, and etc.) will be upheld by all parties involved.

I will be providing screenshots of the WIPs of the project throughout the progress.

You are only limited to 2 edits during sketching stage, 1 edit for minor adjustments (hues, missing details)

Any extra requested edits to the project will incur additional fees to the overall cost.

No major changes are allowed in the final or finishing stages of the project that will affect the composition of the final output/artwork.

Do not use the artwork for COMMERCIAL USE unless discussed upon beforehand. There are extra charges and/or royalties for commercial projects.

Do NOT claim full credit to the artwork's creation even if you have ownership of the piece.

I reserve rights to artist credits and publishing the piece as a part of my personal portfolio & social media.

Publishing or Privatization of the Artwork can be considered and discussed, especially for specific marketing purposes of commercial work.

Reposting your commissioned artwork is permitted only as long as you give proper CREDITING (linking any relevant social media accounts of the artist)

Both NON-COMMERCIAL and COMMERCIAL works made by Shiro Himesato are NOT Authorized for use in any blockchain-related technology including NFTs and any form of cryptocurrency.

Any information of any of my artworks being used for AI.Art /Novel AI production will be Publicly disclosed and denied further commissions and connection.

Submit your Application via Google Forms and Selected Applicants will be contacted via Twitter, Discord, or Email.

If your Commission request is accepted, I will discuss details and desired payment plans.

A Paypal invoice will be sent upon your approval.

Work will begin after payment is recieved. Regular updates will be sent via preferred channel, tracking of progress may be seen via Trello.

Turnaround of product will be discussed with client (Usually 1-2 weeks) depending on product complexity.

A PNG File will be sent to the commissioner. PSD may be sent upon prior request.
